BEWARE OF BOGUS MASTERS

The above are reports of people being cheated by bogus “masters” who claimed themselves as “experts” and even “providing service worldwide”. You might be familiar of the above cases as they were published by the local newspaper, The Star dated on the 17th June, 1st and 6th July respectively. You might be even familiar by cases where your family or friends had been cheated by such “masters”or Phd. (Dr.) who made various empty promises. There are even those who form their own company as Feng Shui Associations, or Institutes, awarding themselves Professor titles or even Doctorate Titles. Being Syok Sendiri, these desperate individuals are trying to get some form of recognition or integrity by scamming. Many had heard about all these unscrupulous “masters” yet there are still those are not aware. We regret to say that some may have been conned because of their greediness.

Many of our clients, were students of feng shui masters where they offered feng shui lessons with a high amount of fee. Mr. Albert (not his real name), a Penang client of ours, paid thousands for his lessons and feng shui objects and products where eventually none of these lessons and objects changed his life for the better. Mr. Brandon (not his real name) from Kuala Lumpur had spent almost RM 39,000.00 learning feng shui course and inclusive of objects to remedy his house but yet, he is still living with many obstacles among his family. Mr. Carl (not his real name) spent a few thousands to learn bazi and zi mei dou shi from three masters yet very confuse and could not select his good period for business opportunities or to find out the good or bad days for himself, his wife and children. Failure in selecting a good dates for his children could not avoid any mishaps and accidents for his children. So pleased beware.

以上的報告，那些偽造勛銜的風水師傅，自稱很聰明，本事，專業和有知名度。此外，他們還空口說白話，首相，部長，主席的家居風水都是他們做的。本地英文報 (THE STAR) 17/06/2009，01/07/2009 和06/07/2009有登出，家人或朋友都被報章上寫的所謂“博士”詐騙。有些人被欺騙，是因為貪心。因此，譚師傅囑咐大家一定要小心，切記“勿因貪變成貧”。
有很多顧客，都依照風水書和繳付昂貴的學費學風水。Mr. Albert 來自檳城，付了RM 18,000.00 學風水，但環境還是不好。Mr. Brandon 來自吉隆坡花費了RM 39,000.00 學風水和買吉祥物擺放在家，但學了很久，情況依然還是沒有變化。Miss Amanda也付了幾千元學八字和紫薇斗數，但還是不能夠算出好時機，好日子或不好的日子給自己，丈夫。甚至，也算不出不好的日子給孩子避免任何災難和意外。譚師傅說，若要找師傅必須小心，一定要找真材實料，經驗豐富和透明化印證的名師。

When Grand Master Tham questioned most of them why they have not consulted us earlier to avoid their suffering in silent they explained that it is because so far Grand Master Tham had never accepted any students other than his son. They wanted to learn Feng Shui to change their unstable jobs or improved their income. In fact, if they have seek our services earlier they need not have to change their job. With our feng shui service they would be able to have stable jobs with enhanced health and wealth as well with unexpected sources of extra income. The truth is, Feng Shui is not easily learned in 10 to 15 years time, leave alone a 1 year so call “Feng Shui Mastery” course. It may even take many years of correct principles, application and usage in order to make it effective, which is why Feng Shui is not easily taught or passed down to others. However, it is not wrong to learn for knowledge purposes (despite the accuracy by these providers are questionable). We only have 2 Feng Shui consultants, Grand Master Stanley Tham Fook Cheong and his son, Master Tham Kuen Wei. Even that, Master Tham Kuen Wei had been following his father Co-Master since he was 11 years old in studying and memorizing the various Feng Shui proverbs, and had followed his Master for years just to learn and experience the application of effective Feng Shui.

當我問他們為何不早點來咨詢我，避免受痛苦。他們解釋說，因為知道譚師傅不曾收徒弟。他們想要學風水，目的是轉換不穩定的工作，成為風水師和增加收入。譚師傅說，如果他們早尋求於我，一樣可以有穩定的工作，身體健康和提陞財運甚至另有其他入息。

“Let your guiding rule be not how many students or popular a Feng Shui Master has or is, but how good, experienced, effective and the “quality” of service he could render to you.”

Some notes from our Master Tham:-

1) There’s this client of mine, attended feng shui lessons too. She was mocked by her friends and family for not willing to help them remedy the feng shui of their house since she had feng shui lessons before. However, she told me, “I cannot even help myself, how am I supposed to help others?” she said. “I’m living in a difficult life, my family isn’t good and I have financial difficulties. Even my house had evil spirits,” she told me. She had consulted her master and other various ways for help but yet all failed to do so. She had also told us about her coursemate who went for the feng shui lessons together with her. The coursemate was very healthy which also give talks at health seminars. After finished their feng shui course, her coursemate remedy the door in accordance to what the feng shui “teacher” taught and suddenly some days later he died without any reason. Everyone was shocked. “ Ever since the incident happened, my other coursemates and I dare not practice or help anyone remedy the feng shui of others.”She further explained that she had spent a lot. “I’ve used a lot of money for the consultation fees but I see no difference in my life. One of the feng shui masters that I consulted even asked me to buy three Buddha Statues from him, without knowing that it wasn’t properly blessed. And because of that, the evil spirit still lingers in my house,” she said, until she seeked my services she and her family members are now enjoying a new lease of happy and fantastic life. Referring to this case, we strongly recommend you do not simply look for “masters” without investigating their background.

2) Another client of mine engaged a “master” who claimed that his services was sought worldwide. After the “master” inspect his whole house, the “master” told him that he had “insufficient” feng shui enhancers in his house and also told him to buy some incense paper from him which were specially as an offering item to burn for preventing troubles to the ancestors and the child who died of miscarriage as well as for offerings to the dirty spirits in their house. Having a lot of money spent, yet instead of the whole family becoming better they seem to suffer for the worst with many problems and obstacles in their individual life.

3) There was this client of mine who had tried a lot of method to get his house feng shui done. He bought a lot of feng shui books from everywhere including China and Hong Kong, hoping that he could learn something from it. He spent a lot on feng shui courses too. All his effort did not turn out as he expected. Instead of looking for a “truth” master he had been delaying to look for him spending too money and endure unnecessary suffering on the verge of wife running away and divorce.

親身遭受過的事;-

1) 這位顧客學了很多風水課程。親朋慼友都恥笑她為何不幫她們看風水。她向朋友解釋，她無辦法自救，又如何辦其他人呢？她的經濟出現困境，甚至家裏有邪氣。她的風水班同學也有做直銷健康食品。她的同學完成風水課程后，就依照“師傅”所教的風水知識，更改住家大門。過了幾天，她的同學突然閒離奇去世了。她有請教師傅，並且在師傅處購買三樽神像是沒有經過唸經加持的。因此，那些邪氣仍然逗留在她的家裏。她說，自從找了譚師傅勘查風水后，她和家人都過著愉快和美滿的生活，一切困境都解決了。譚師傅奉勸大家，不要隨便請風水師傅，一定要查明師傅的背景或尋找一位真材實料和經驗豐富的名師。
2) 另外一位顧客說，那位師傅自稱很有知名度，首相，部長和主席的家居風水都是他勘查的。那位師傅看了他的家居風水後，告訴他說家裏有邪氣。接著，還要他買那位師傅自製的元寶，焚燒給亡魂及靈嬰。但是花費了很多錢，然而還是蒙受許多問題，而不是變得更好。
3) 這位顧客的家居風水已經改了很多次風水。他到處買風水書，包括中國和香港，希望可以從中獲益。在風水課程上也花費了很多，但還是沒有任何改變。他說，直至找到真材實料的譚師傅後，所有問題都一一的解決了。他還說如果早些找到譚師傅，就不用受痛苦，甚至差一點與太太離婚。

Having so many people being fooled by all the bogus masters around, I would like to use this opportunity to advice all my readers to be aware of the background of the masters you would like to engage before bringing them to your house. The most important of all, do not simply give them your date of birth and personal details. It is always important to engage the right person when it comes to feng shui. Feng shui is not as easy as it seems. Things to note when engaging a feng shui master:-

1. You shouldn’t engage them from advertisements.
2. There should be a proper introduction of the feng shui master from many of your friends and studying the detail and the genuine testimonials with many proven records thoroughly yourself.
3. The master shouldn’t be giving wild promises.
4. The master should not be introducing you any unnecessary feng shui gadgets other than the Luo Pan (feng shui compass) itself.
Having it wrongly done could turn your life worst than you could have probably imagined; bankruptcy, sickness, lost of business opportunities, bad relationships and worst, death. What is worst than loosing your loved ones? Please beware!

有那麼多人受到偽造勛銜的師傅詐騙，譚師傅借此機會勸讀者們，要查清楚師傅的背景。最重要的是別隨意給予生辰八字和私人資料於偽造勛銜的師傅。風水的學問是很複雜的，不是您所聞見的那麼簡單。請注意以下勸告：-

1) 在廣告上尋找師傅，一定要格外小心。

2) 親朋慼友介紹的風水師傅，也要查清楚背景。

3) 風水師傅成功的數量是好幾十單，以及有透明化印證。

4) 風水最主要是用羅盤，不是用電腦化或機械化。
在此，譚師傅建議您最好找一位真材實料，經驗豐富和有許多透明化印證的風水師傅。您將不會面對破產、病痛、失去商業機會，不好的人際關係和失去至親至愛的人，成為終身憾事。

This is one of the many residential and commercial buildings that even though the owners have consulted many so called renown feng shui masters yet the past few years none of its problems have solved. Until with luck that they managed in OUR services:-

這些業主曾求助於多位高人指點，要求為住宅和商業建築抵禦凶煞，奈何多年后仍然霉氣纏身，於事無補。他們最後有緣求得譚師父輔助，終於化險為夷，福星高照。

一些著名風水先生最大敗筆：

1st Feng Shui Master:
The whole house was constructed according to his instruction from the beginning, but yet there is no positive changes to the client.

第一位風水師：
由始至終，整座房子由風水師一手規劃。

2nd Feng Shui Master:
Closed the North East door. Opened the North door and built a fish pond at the Sector. Changing of oven, sitting and sleeping position. The Feng Shui master said that the God Of Wealth can only enter from there. Changes was done to the position of study table, oven, fish tanks, TV, Refrigerator and washing machine. The Master also added a pair of guarding Lions and Pak Kua.

第二位風水師：
關堵東北門 ，改開北門，另在北方僻設魚池，更改爐灶、坐位和睡眠方位。這位風水先生還說，財神自此方來，因此改變書桌、爐灶、魚缸、電視機、冰廚和洗衣機，再加一對石獅守門，八卦高懸。

3rd Feng Shui Master
Used back the North East Door with water pond and fountain at the North Sector. Changes in position of the sofa, kitchen and water taps. Planting additional trees and Plants. Changing of colours in some sectors of the house. The study room’s back portion was extended. The bogus Master explained that this is due to the owner of the house require that extended portion to get “backing” for bis business dealings. Praying altars at both inside and outside were shifted to other directions. Furthermore, the altar outside was replaced with a larger one, believed to bring in more wealth. In the end of the day, there is no developments and positive changes that was witnessed.

第三位風水師：
重開北門，起用北方魚池噴泉，再改沙發椅、廚房、水喉。增置花草。住家某些牆壁髹改漆色。后座書房（工人房）擴建，佣人因裝修工程進行，移往樓上就寢，因為屋主必須保留後方以利生意。屋子內外神龕，調轉方位，庭院神龕改用大龕，接取更多財富。

4th Feng shui Master
The Master study room had to be extended. Concrete pillars and roof were erected. This is to ensure that the master of the house can set his foresight “far and perfect”. Still, there is no effects of such Feng Shui that can be felt.

第四位風水師：
主人房必須擴建，并加建石柱與瓦棚，方便主人家高瞻遠矚，從心所欲。

5th Feng Shui Master adopts prayers & burning talismans, incense and hanging a Pak Kua. And again, there is still no effects.

FINALLY THE OWNER MET MASTER THAM:

Numerous crucial and powerful indoor and outdoor remedies were applied. The door was changed back to the North East direction, but at a different sector and a careful change of difference in its degree direction. A new pond was constructed. Plants & Landscaping were ratified. The house was finally enhanced with very good feng shui features. Due to our expertise, even up to this date yet we never use any Pak Kua, crystals or burning talismans in our remedies.

最後，屋主慕名求見譚師父：在屋子內外進行多項重要移改。重開東北門，門扇改向，角度輕微改變。建新魚池，矯正花木。這棟住寓最後方位正確而消災化險，風生水起。根據本人經驗，時至今天，還不曾啟用八卦改變風水論。
